Your Australia vacation begins with a flight across the Pacific Ocean. After crossing the international dateline, arrive in Sydney, the nation’s largest city and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. You’ll have a few days in Sydney to see the popular sights and take advantage of the gorgeous climate. Feel the sea breeze on your face as you head to Sydney Harbour and admire iconic views of the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Use your i-Venture Attraction Pass to gain access to some of the city’s top attractions, including the Opera House and Taronga Zoo, where you can see some of the incredible marsupials like kangaroos and koalas that are unique to Australia. Also be sure to head to Bondi Beach to work on your tan and hobnob with surfers who worship the beach’s warm sands and big waves. From Sydney, connect to Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand. Framed by two natural harbours, Auckland is a visual showstopper. You can get your bearings and enjoy the best views of the city by climbing the Sky Tower. Alternatively, head to Auckland Domain to explore an extinct volcanic crater and meander about the gorgeous hillsides. While in Auckland, you'll take half a day to cruise the sparkling waters of Waitemata Harbour. Sit back and relax as you enjoy the best views of this stunning harbour and pass by various landmarks like the Viaduct Basin, historic Devonport, and Rangitoto Island, learning about the history of each icon.
