Entering the villa you will be enchanted by the amazing view of the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners is a masterpiece. With original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras. The Hacienda del Mar court yard is adorned with Mexican trinkets and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites.
The huge open plan living and dining room overlooks the swimming pool and ocean. The living room has lots of sofas, large flat screen Satellite TV and telephone. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautiful. Just off the living room you will find the bar where he butler will prepare your favorite drink. From here walk out to the covered terrace which stretches the length of the villa, here you have dining alfresco, comfy lounging chairs and to the side there is also an outdoor shower. Poolside there are many chaises for you to sit back relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. There is a BBQ gas grill for cooking up the catch of the day. Upstairs in the main villa there are 3 fabulous ocean front king suites, each suite has walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property.
From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic; you will see many fishes and coral, if you are lucky maybe a turtle! Hacienda Del Mar has kayaks for guests use, hours of fun are guaranteed.
Within the estate are two casitas (little houses) each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level of the casita you have an amazing games room with billiard and table tennis which provides fun for the young and young at heart,
The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you’ll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive Stay: With Gourmet Chef Service, Butler, Concierge, Airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time).
