CLUB MED TO OPEN IN VIETNAM
Club Med has announced plans to open its first resort in Vietnam, Club Med Ho Tram. Located in Vung Tau Province, the resort is about 90 minutes from Ho Chi Minh international airport and will feature 300 guestrooms. It is scheduled for a 2021 opening.
Club Med Ho Tram will be constructed to Green Globe certification standards and will have signature Club Med experiences such as Flying Trapeze and archery among a full activities programme.
The result of a strategic partnership between Club Med and Dynasty Investments, the resort will feature multiple restaurants and bars and MICE facilities are also planned.
"We are excited to venture into a new market and introduce our expertise in creating amazing experiential holidays to the destination. With our partner, Dynasty Investments, we are confident to grow Club Med Ho Tram into the region's premium holiday destination," said Xavier Desaulles, CEO of Club Med East and South Asia Pacific.
Club Med has already unveiled plans to open 15 new resorts worldwide over the next three years, with several key resorts in Asia in the pipeline.
Club Med Ceylon, which will be the brand's first resort in Sri Lanka was announced recently along with a third Indonesian resort - Club Med Lombok.

The city is named after the Spanish city of Guadalajara meaning "river/valley of stones". Guadalajara is a cultural center of Mexico, considered by most to be the home of mariachi music and host to a number of large-scale cultural events such as the Guadalajara International Film Festival, the Guadalajara International Book Fair, and globally renowned cultural events which draw international crowds. It is home to the C.D. Guadalajara, one of the most popular football clubs in Mexico.
The Bahamas
The name "Bahamas" comes from the Spanish baja mar meaning shallow sea, and is one of the most geographically complicated nations of the Atlantic. La Altagracia
La Altagracia is the easternmost province of the Dominican Republic. Punta Cana is located on the eastern shores of this province. The province was part of the old La Altagracia Province, which split into 2, La Altagracia Province and La Romana Province on February 27, 1961. The name "La Altagracia" commemorates a painting, Our Lady of La Altagracia, which was brought to this area from Spain in the early 16th century.
Cancún
Cancún is a coastal city in the popular vacation destination called ''The Mexican Caribbean'', more officially known as the state of Quintana Roo, on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. Cancún is the municipal seat of the Benito Juárez municipality and a world-renowned balneario and tourist resort. It is composed of fourteen miles of pristine white beaches shaped like a number "7", home of the Mayan archaeological wonders, turquoise seas, a bountiful underwater world, and world-class vacation amenities.
