As an added bonus, any passenger who books their 31st CHIN Portuguese Winter Picnic stay at the Hotel Melia Cayo Guillermo, can purchase an all-inclusive day pass to 4 of their sister hotels – Sol Cayo Guillermo, Sol Cayo Coco, Melia Cayo Coco & Melia Jardines Del Rey. This all-inclusive day pass will only cost each passenger $5.00 Cuban Pesos/Day. This includes drinks, food, access to the pool and beach areas and transportation to and from the resort. This added bonus will ensure that each passenger will have an unforgettable experience at the 31st CHIN Portuguese Winter Picnic.

CHIN Radio will be presenting an array of singers from Portugal and Canada (acts to be announced at a later date). Dancing music will be provided by TNTfx and the menu will be prepared by the chef Manuel de Paulos from Europa Catering. All participants will be provided with a commemorative 31st CHIN Winter Picnic gift package.

Passengers booked with deposit by November 10, 2018 qualify for the draw “WIN YOUR TRIP BACK”. Two trips for one will be drawn on a date TBA (two lucky winners will be reimbursed for the cost of the trip – excluding taxes)

Reservations

A deposit of $200.00 per person will be required by Transat at time of reservation in order to confirm the booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

The final balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. If the reservation is booked within 60 days prior to departure, then full payment is required at time of booking.

Name changes permitted without penalty up to 60 days prior to departure.

59 to 22 days prior to departure, a name change may be permitted for a fee of $100pp.
