The master suite (only room with ocean view) provides a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub & a beautiful ocean view. The additional four bedrooms all have in suite bathrooms, the second bedroom provides a king-size bed, the third bedroom features two queen-size beds with an additional twin trundle bed, the fourth bedroom offers two full-size beds and the fifth bedroom offers two twin beds.

This five-star beachfront property is located between Cabo San Lucas & San Jose del Cabo (in the area known as the Corridor) in the exclusive Blue Sea development. Situated right on the ocean, this contemporary home is beautifully appointed. The living and dining rooms feature incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. In the back yard, which faces the Sea of Cortez, you have a small grassy yard, an infinity edge pool & Jacuzzi surrounded by a Cantera tiled patio. Next to the pool you can entertain under a beautiful contemporary palapa (thatched roof area) with a marble table that seats six. The private, heated pool is 12 ft by 45 ft with a depth range of 12 in to 5ft. The private outdoor hot tub has a capacity of 5-6 people. Ten steps off your patio take you to the warm sand. The beach located in front of Villa Serena is great for walking and is swimmable seasonally. Please check with your concierge on the conditions once you arrive. Be prepared to watch whales from your patio when in season.
