“Total relaxation”

We loved it at the Esmeralda.We had never been to the Caribbean before and we were not disappointed when not really knowing what to expect. The rooms were very clean and quiet.Food was excellent with lots of variety.Service was superb with someone always wanting to give you something whether it was food ,drinks or directions.Help was always there. The gardens and pools were awesome.Beaches were raked daily .We loved the little huts to hide in the shade at the beach.There were no bugs or mosquitoes(a hang up of mine)If one were looking fora quiet beach this is not it.There was always music and activity at the beach which was a bit annoying at times( the only negative part for us) No pushy sellers on this beach.The spa is an awesome place too. Tipping for services gives greater services.

The strong pointsThe resort was perfect for us and all we had hoped for in cleanliness especially and service was excellent in every way and everywhere. we gave tips and didn't mind doing it even tho we were all inclusive.Totally satisfied travellers. The weak pointsNot always impressed with music and activity at the beach..
