“Good 4 star”

First time at an Iberostar resort, check in was quick and we were greeted with an ice cold beverage Staff: Very friendly Cleanliess: lobby (wonderful aroma), restaurants and pool area and grounds were kept very clean Room: wonderful oceanview and poolview,comfy beds, air conditioner did not work well initially but was rectified quickly by maintenance staff. Spa: wonderful spa pool with jets and waterfall for a great head to toe massage Beach: beautiful tourqoise water, lots of waves, red flag was up our entire stay, every morning a tractor pushes seaweed in front of the empty lot beside the swimout villas Food: tasty but repetitive options. Good breakfast, yummy mojitos and decent red wine with meals. Our best meal during our stay was at the steakhouse a la carte. 24 hr room service was also a nice option for lazy mornings and afternoons. WIFI: strong signal and fast connection in the room, did not try connecting anywhere else Location: this hotel is not situated in the middle of the hotel zone action which can be a good thing. You will need to take a taxi or local bus into town for shopping. Entertainment: nightly live shows were okay,not all resorts in the area offer this. I would recommend this hotel to others
