“Akamal December ”
We had a good vacation at this resort. Beach was awesome..snorkeling at beach was great . Resort staff was very good . There was a few minor things that need fixing(haven't been to one that didn't need something fixed lol) food was good ..

“Lovely”
This was a beautiful resort, smaller than others we’ve been to but that just added to its loveliness. The rooms are large, very clean and modern. The staff is incredible! They go out of their way to please and are always warm and welcoming. The food was very good with several different restaurants to choose from. You could have everything from a hot dog and french fries to chicken cordon bleu and all of it was great!
The strong points
The staff! They were all amazing!!! The food was great and the drinks were exceptional! Premium brands and any cocktail you can think of.
The weak points
The beach is small and the water access is limited due to rocks / coral. But the water is beautiful! The upgrade to the Sun Club isn’t monitored begging the question...is it worth it? Little to no entertainment including music by the pool...very quiet!
“Amazing for kids!”
This is a FAMILY resort. NOT for singles. They have the best kids programs so parents can enjoy some free time. The food was okay in my opinion, lots to choose from. Breakfast was by far the best. The beach is amazing.

Soft opening so resort was not ready 100% as a Sunscape brand and I don't think they anticipating it being so busy so service at NON buffet restaurants was extremely slow.

Nous avons adoré! La plage, les employés, la nourriture, la propreté. Un magnifique séjour! Seul pépin, nous avions demandé un lit king et il n'y en avait plus de disponible. Donc nous avons eut deux lits doubles collés. Ils nous ont offert de changé de chambre 3 jours plus tard, mais finalement nous avons préféré laisser cela comme ça. Mis a part cela, absolument rien à redire. ;)

Nourriture, propreté, personnel attentionné, plusieurs sortes de poissons tropicaux directement en entrant dans l'eau! Magnifique pour le snorkeling!
The weak points
Rien mis à part la sorte de lit qui n'était pas celle demandée au départ.
