“Nice hotel / great staff / perfect beach”

Everyone at the hotel tried very hard to make us comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and small. No complaints. The food was good, yet not great. The hotel now has a highrise built next to it, and it does take away the atmosphere (and sunlight). A very good hotel, but not "over the top". In fairness to Sandos; they tried VERY hard and we enjoyed ourselves. I would go back.

The customer care was outstanding. Especially the attention to detail in food presentation and service. This resort has a customer care system that runs efficiently and organized . Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

The strong points
All staff were attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Fantastic spa experience . Always had a cabana available. First time ever at a resort that there were no line ups at bars and buffets.

The weak points
Balcony furniture needs to be updated and railings need to be properly secured.
