That’s why I’m excited to announce that renowned chef, restauranteur, and James Beard Award winner Emeril Lagasse will serve as Carnival’s first-ever Chief Culinary Officer! This means every sailing is going to be getting something new in the flavor department, as he’ll be bringing his eye for excitement and his legendary taste for flavor to all of our onboard restaurants, everything from casual to fancy… including two of his own originals: Emeril’s Bistro 1396 on Mardi Gras , and Emeril’s Bistro 1397 on Carnival Celebration! Plus, now our new ship Carnival Jubilee will also feature an Emeril’s Bistro when it arrives in Galveston, Texas in December 2023. | | |
