Terms: Guests will visit the Concierge (Oasis Plus) Desk to make arrangements one day prior to visiting any other Oasis participating resort. Staff will need to know visiting date, estimated time of arrival and resort they are planning to visit. Staff will place a courtesy call in advance on guests behalf. Cost of transportation not included, Blackout dates may apply.

Guests will be able to visit and enjoy all other Oasis resorts (Oasis Palm, Grand Oasis Cancun,Oasis Sens, Grand Oasis Tulum) for the day, having access to all food and beverage outlets and resort facilities at the same category level as booked. (Subject to change) A 5% deductible over the value of the car is applicable, this deductible is the maximum amount clients will pay in case of damage or loss of vehicle. Must be 21 years old to drive and have a valid drivers license. Must have a credit card (VISA or MasterCard) where a $600 hold will be applied, no cash allowed. Guest are responsible for the fuel. The rental is 24 hours starting from the hour the rental started. The Smart cars can be rented locally from 7am to 2pm in all resorts except Tulum where the schedule is 7am to 1pm.
